I did my usual commute this morning, 14 mins 39 seconds on the way in, my record is 10:41 and my average is 12. Absolute rubbish.

I checked my bike tyre pressures last night and this morning I wasn’t carrying anything heavy. No rain, nice sunny day today. I therefore assumed the poor time was because there was a bit more headwind and my legs were dead from playing 5-a-side footy last night.

Then when I got to work I checked the wheel spin and the front left brakepad had been jammed on all the way. B-gg-r!

My legs are dead now!
