Details:

Short circular route. Hilly going up to Gastard.

Leave Lacock and head south towards Melksham.

In Beanacre turn right along Westlands Lane. Follow this Lane to the end.

Turn right, go up the hill to Chapel Knapp. Then continue along this road going through Gastard and the Linleys. Straight over the mini roundabout by the railway line and up the short hill to the bottom entrance to Corsham Court Park.

Turn left at this mini roundabout. Then turn right at the next mini roundabout, passing Somerfield. Straight over the next mini roundabout, then turn right at the next, signposted Corsham Court.

Follow this road around. Dismount at the high street (one way) to do a bit of shopping/drinking! Continue down the high street and at the T-junction rejoin main road turning left.

At the mini roundabout at the bottom entrance to Corsham Park this time keep going straight along Lacock Road with the extensive Corsham Park gardens on your left.

Continue a few miles on this road all the way to the traffic lights with the A350. Right at the lights and then first left, and then descend the hill back into Lacock for a couple at the George.
