From car park near the flat to the rocks of Christianbury crags. There are more tracks in the forest than are shown. The public footpath is obliterated by trees. This may not be a public right of way.

    Be aware that If you do take the route through the forest , I once got stopped by someone who told me it was private land but still let me carry on.. I have walked these woods for years and only encountered people about twice.. The Long Bar is worth a look, as this too has some great views..
