Details:

On / Off Road cycle loop of 13 miles. Through beautiful woodland and past some sensational pubs with great views along the way. Largely off road amd away from the beaten track, with some on road sections, but mainly very quiet. Some moderate climbs on roads (two of maybe half a mile or so) and one short sharp shock off road.

1hr and 15 mins at a good pace, and longer if you stop for refreshments at any of the 5 pubs (The Squirrel in Penn Street is a must)
