start in kirkbymoorside then to huton le hole (at the top of the hill going in to hutton le hole there are some jumps just off the car park) then to lastingham then by dirt track (make sure you turn right to go to hollins farm) to rosedale and by road on to the old mining railway and round the top end of the dale to bank top where there is a fun decent down to lastningham where there are some farm tracks and brileways which take you back to kirkby. a very enjoiable ride...
