After passing Baynards (old station, lovingly restored, but please respect privacy) the path emerges onto a minor road. You have to cross to the other side, and take a path through woods before rejoining the railway track. This is quite a hilly stretch, with quite a steep downhill to rejoin the track, so dismount if (like me) you're a bit wobbly on rough downhills.
