    Walk from the village of woodford across to Denford and back. Across the Stanwick Lakes Cyle way.

  6. North Kidderminster Circular Cycle (route)
    An hour's ride for hybrids or ATBs on quiet roads, towpaths and bridleways starting from and finishing at Sainsbury's carpark. There is a good view over the town along the bridleway just after Low Habberley farm. The Bridleway running ESE from Low Habberley into Franche is blocked by fallen trees in a couple of places. The Lock at Wolverley is a fantastic, but busy pub.
  7. Standen Circular (route)
    Along the banks of the Kennet & Avon canal, across the railway then along lanes and paths through various farmlands
  8. Glamorgan Canal Walk (route)
    A walk along the route roughly where the Glamorgan Canal once ran from the Bristol Channel up to Cyfarthfa.
  9. Nottingham City Canal cycle ride (route)
    Enjoy the Nottingham Canal, the Erewash canal, Trent river, Wollaton Park and Bramcote ridge. It doesn't get any better than this for city cycling.
  10. Guildford: Canal circle (route)
    Round trip cycle ride following mainly off road routes: Christmas Pie Trail - Blackwater Valley -Basingstoke Canal - Wey Navigation. To return to the start, it is necessary to follow some busy roads so take care. Expect mud after rain.
