  1. Dreghorn & Howden Burn (route)
    A short circular route on the nothern slopes of the Pantland Hills.
  2. A Pentland Walk (route)
    A circular route that starts at Harlaw ans takes you around Black and Hare Hills as well as Harlaw and Thriepmuir reservoirs. The terrain is not that steep, however, the path south of Hare Hill can be rather muddy if it has been raining. In total the walk takes around 4 and a half hours to complete.

  4. Pentland Circuit from Penicuik (route)
    A walk from Penicuik (bus stop) round the main Pentlands to the Ski centre (bus stop). Some of this is off path.
