1. Eastside to crawley (route)
   A more interesting variant taking in a bit of the kent countryside
2. Nashenden Downs Circular (route)
   Starting at Nashenden Farm. Proceed through the farm and climb onto the North Downs Way and enjoy spectacular views of the Medway Valley. Past Shoulder of Mutton Woods and continue forward following the clearly marked track. Once you reach the made up road, look out for a left hand turn, signposted the Robin Hood Pub (excellent place to stop for refreshments and food). Follow the path down the left hand side of these premises to the very end. Once you reach the made up road, turn left, go over the high speed rail link bridge and turn left again to pick up the path running alongside the rail. Continue to follow this path until you reach Nashenden Farm once more.
3. Alex's D OF E ROUTE (Moutain Biking) (route)
   This jounery starts for me up by going up hill on a road then it goes offroad though to different wooded areas, then back on to road for a little while passing thought a fruit and vegatable reseach, then cycle along side the river then for heading up hill coming out flat across farm filed before the steep incline to a lovely view across Maidstone from the North Downs, cyling along the ridge of the hill before a steep decline with tricky corners having to be negotiate then heading towards rod along a bumpy and rough track towards the river and over a lock back up hill till i reach my destination
4. Relaxed ride around canterbury (route)
   Taking in a bit of offroad on the forests north of the city then a visit to some pubs on the return journey
5. A trip to Tunbridge Wells (route)
   A random cycle I did from Crawley to Tunbridge Wells and back.
6. A small c2c (Dover to Whitstable) (route)
   Dover to whitstable via canterbury and using regional routes 16 and 17 and also through the crab and winkle way to whitstable
7. Canterbury - Margate circular (route)
   A ride up to margate using sustrans route 1 but having a quick ride back down a28 as light was lost
8. Kent coast cycle ride - day 2 (route)
   A trip around the kent coast from london to brighton, this section takes in the viking coastal trail and sections of sustrans route 1+2
