Starting at the Woolpack Inn, Boot, Eskdale. Head east to Stoney Tarn, Slight Side, Scafell, Lords Rake, Mickledore, Scafell Pike, Broad Cragg, Esk Hause, Esk Pike, Crinkle Craggs, Adam-a-Cove or Stonesty Pike, Mosedale Head, Hardknott Fell, Harter Fell, Penny Hill Farm, Doctor Bridge, Woolpack Inn. A beer, a bath, food another beer or two, bed. 30 k or 18.75 miles.

Back O' Skiddaw from the East

This route takes you over some of the peaks at the back of Skiddaw, starting from the quiet hamlet of Mungrisdale. It occaisonally crosses tourist routes. This is a composite of two walks I've done, with a couple of unwalked stretches.
