3. stalybridge cheshire ring werneth low etherow loop (route)
   stalybridge train station, pick up the cheshire ring at armentieres square follow to portland basin over bridge turn under bridge towards marple. follow til gee croos then pick up T P T over werneth low down the other side to compstall, onto etherow then pick up the cheshire ring at marple and back on canal towpath.
4. 1 Hour Bike Circuit (route)
   Flairly flat, 11 mile hour-ish circuit, some off road, some on, starting and finishing from Hyde Heath, with a shorter 40 minute-ish version if you cut out the loop through The Lee.
5. Edinburgh to Glasgow (route)
   A cycle along the Union and Forth & Clyde Canals.
6. Old Roman Walk (route)
   Through feilds quite muddy
7. Pound Common-->Upperton Green -->Milland (route)
   Look At The Map - Stop for lunch at upperton and cycle back LOTS OF PUBS (6?!?!) On The Way Around

9. Cat & Fiddle (route)
   Take the A537 road from Macclesfield towards Buxton. You are treated to the classic Cat & Fiddle pass road. Take it easy. Don't rush. Position correctly for safe cornering. Stop for coffee at the Cat & Fiddle pub before retracing your route back to Macclesfield or continue down into Derbyshire.
