Chiltern Four forts(route)
Takes in Cholesbury Fort, Boddington fort, Ivinghoe Beacon (actually the site of a hill fort), and of course Berko castle. This route takes in much of the best of the north chilterns, including an Ashridge end-to-end, and passes close to the Chiltern Summit in Wendover Woods (underneath the P symbol just NE of the toilets - and cafe and Go-Ape and barbeque areas etc. That's why this route avoids it). Route out of Berko (heading west) is on alley only shown on 1:25000 maps.
Ashridge All Terrain(route)
A circular multi-terrain route ideal for MTB. Mostly off road on bridleways but contains a mixture of beautiful woodland, towpaths and quiet lanes. Takes between 1 and 2 hours depending on fitness and muddiness!
