1. Loch Eck Circuit (route)
   A pleasant blast in Argyll
2. The Circular (route)
   A nice walk from Kennington through some great countryside and some plush houses to see everywhere.
3. Up the hill and down through Chittoe (route)
   Through Lacock and up Bowden Hill - checking for trails through Spye Park perhaps ? Then along through Sandy Lane and down through Chittoe off road to Frogditch. Return for beer in Lacock.
4. Round Portsmouth (route)
   Round the edge of Portsea Island. Wildfowl Reserve, museums, views, woods. Little on road and quiet ones at that.
5. Walderton & South Downs Way (route)
   Start at Walderton, long hill across fields to top of Kingley Vale rewarded by wonderful views. On to Chilgrove and then SDW. Back via woods, over Kingley Vale down to Stoughton and finally Walderton. Mountain bike required!
6. Conkwell Wood Downhill (route)
   Start at Avoncliff station, up through Turleigh and Winsley then across main road through Conkwell. Take the off-road route through Conkwell Wood - there are a few free-ride sculpted trails downhill with jumps. Then pick up the towpath from Dundas Aqueduct and follow all the way back to the Cross Guns at Avoncliff for two pints of Old Peculier! 25th Oct 2008
7. Bank Holiday Breakfast Route (route)
   On road through Atworth and Great Chalfield, down into Holt and along to Bradford on Avon. Head for Winsley then head right towards Conkwell. Off-road for a few 100m down to the Dundas Aqueduct. Then on the towpath back through to Seend Cleeve. Skirt the outside of Melksham, passing through Forest towards Lacock. Return after several in the George! 25th August 08
8. Not quite Heddington "Steps" (route)
   Park at Roundway White Horse Carpark, then travel North West parallel to the Wessex Ridgeway. Off track down Beacon Hill and into Heddington, returning up to Hill Cott and back along the initial route. Refreshments at the Ivy in Heddington. PS very muddy. 8th Nov 2008.
9. Friday ride (route)
   Ride up towards Malton
10. Biggin Hill 50/50 (route)
    Circuit of all good(ish) legal off-road linked with road. Plenty of good pub stops though and a bit of single track fun to be had at Hayes and Keston Common
