  1. Llangorse to Bwich via Alt yr Esgair 393M (route)
    A nice walk with a steepish 'up', some splendid views and a nice pub at the end of it. The return was low level via the lanes, the fine Church at LLangasty-Talyllyn and path around LLangorse Lake
  2. Dereks new bike 'break-in' Thame - Ridgeway and back (route)
    All roads lead to Rome - living in Thame, all paths leads to a Romen Road! If you already know the ridgeway, you will understand that this ride will change with the seasons. It is a good ride for all levels of fitness and skill and will take you both on and off-road. Dereks new bike loved this ride as I'm sure you will too.
  3. The Ring of Aldbury Ashridge & Ivinghoe (route)
    A lovely walk through the woods of Ashridge and along parts of two of Ancient Paths ( The Icknield & Ridgeway Paths ). With the wide open spaces of Ivinghoe Beacon, Steps Hill and Pitstone Hill as a stark contrast. Magnificent views in clement weather and the chance of coming across wild deer at any point on the route, which can be walked in either direction. Free parking in Aldbury village and with the Valiant Trooper PH as an ideal refreshment point at the end of your walk.
  4. TCFC Walking, Hiking & Stumbling Team (interest group)
    A group of travellers in life who shared the passion of Sunday morning football team. The camaraderie lives on in the hills mountains of the the world. Where we continue to congregate & partake of the local culture flora fauna & falling down water.
  5. Summertime Special (route)
    Again, a fantastic ride which includes the ridgeway, a climb up to Chrismas Commons icecream van and then down though a quiet forest track, alone quiet roads back down to the starting point, the Crown for a ice cold beer. Not suitable for winter riding, forest track desent is great but not when it's muddy!
  6. Thame, Below, ridge way, Sydenham, Moreton and back into Thame loop. (route)
    A safe ride from Thame, along the Phoenix up to the ridge way, back along quiet country lanes and bridle ways. Nice pub approx half way for a nice cold beer or just to re-fill your water bottles....

  8. Botany bay to Reculver (route)
    Start at Botany Bay, through Margate.Stop off at Minnis Bay for lunch at Minnis( surprisingly good food) and continuing to Reculver for a coffee at the pub by the carpark.
  9. Ditchling to Pyecombe (route)
    A short stroll from Ditchling Beacon to Pyecombe village for a beer then return back the way you came.
  10. Home Counties Way, Stage 1: Southend-Maldon (route)
    This is the start of the route that runs through the homecounties around london to sheerness.
