A route following the entire Promenade from Southbourne to Sandbanks. The whole route is flat and on tarmac. It is possible to start anywhere along the route to suit time and distance. Plenty of parking is available throughout the route as well as numerous places to eat and drink. -

Starting at the Brecon Beacons National Park Visitor centre take easy paths out and round the Mynydd Illtud Common.
