  1. Reddish - Tame Valley countryside jog (route)
A great route through Reddish Vale and up the Tame Valley to Hyde Hall and back a slightly different way. A few hills but nothing major.
  2. 10K run from Waverton and back (route)
A good, fairly flat, jogging route for a 10K runner. The start and finish is near the shops in Waverton so you can park your car there if you like and buy a bottle of water when you've been around. Part of the route takes you along the Shropshire Union Canal and through the award-winning village of Christleton. The route takes you back along the A41. If you want to stretch out, you can carry on at the far end and run all the way into Chester. If you touch the historic Eastgate in the centre, the total route will be more like 13K/8 miles. Note that this says 9K but you need to include the bends. It is 10K on the ground.
