   25 mile off road bike ride starting and finishing in Hemel Hempstead.
2. Swynnerton Old Park -- Mountain biking heaven (route)
   This area is heaven for mountain biking, but if your like me and just want to go down all of the trails without trying to remember your way back, then bring a compass. Also bring a mate, especially if the grounds wet. It can be dangerous. Its a little bit like cannock chase but closer to home.
3. Bookham - Coldharbour (route)
   Byways in and around Guildford, Dorking area

   Plot your MTB routes around the UK here. We hail from the South Oxfordshire/Bucks boarders, and are looking for new routes to enjoy. We like offroad MTB routes, and are looking for singletrack Nirvana! Keep riding....
7. Sewstern Lane (route)

8. Holmer Green Mountain Bike Loop (route)
   On / Off Road cycle loop of 13 miles. Through beautiful woodland and past some sensational pubs with great views along the way. Largely off road amd away from the beaten track, with some on road sections, but mainly very quiet. Some moderate climbs on roads (two of maybe half a mile or so) and one short sharp shock off road. 1hr and 15 mins at a good pace, and longer if you stop for refreshments at any of the 5 pubs (The Squirrel in Penn Street is a must)
9. West Bridgford Circuit (route)
   A circular route around West Bridgford, taking in bridleways and tracks alongside the R.Trent. See map for details of route. Bridleway south from Wilford Hill to A52 is particularly fun. The rest is pretty flat.
10. Crooksbury Hill Byway (route)
    Average difficulty byway. Not suitable for really new shiny vehicles as overgrown hedges, but not too bad. Takes about 10/15mins to complete, good little shortcut.
