    A nice walk from Kennington through some great countryside and some plush houses to see everywhere.

    A circular walk over the common from the sizewell hall parking area.

    Round the edge of Portsea Island. Wildfowl Reserve, museums, views, woods. Little on road and quiet ones at that.

    Climb up into varied terrain of Quantock Hills. Great views and tracks. Good pub at half way and finish points.
  6. Walderton, Mardens, Compton & Stansted Park (route)
    Past Kingley Vale yew forest, views to Chi, lovely downhill run (m.bike), pubs, any roads are quiet ones.
  7. Walderton & South Downs Way (route)
    Start at Walderton, long hill across fields to top of Kingley Vale rewarded by wonderful views. On to Chilgrove and then SDW. Back via woods, over Kingley Vale down to Stoughton and finally Walderton. Mountain bike required!
  8. Friday ride (route)
    Ride up towards Malton
  9. Circuit Trainer of Biggin Hill (route)
    Simple yet technical circuit to be repeated for as many laps as you wish in any direction
  10. Southbourne to Sandbanks (route)
    A route following the entire Promenade from Southbourne to Sandbanks. The whole route is flat and on tarmac. It is possible to start anywhere along the route to suit time and distance. Plenty of parking is available throughout the route as well as numerous places to eat and drink.
